Print Materials

I began working with Newmark in 2018, a commercial real estate company with locations world wide. I worked on their Denver multifamily marketing team creating materials that would be printed in-house or outsourced including: offering memorandums, proposals to market, broker’s opinion of value booklets, market reports, brochures and postcards while implementing brand standards throughout. I have changed the property names, photos and information in the samples to the left due to our documents having a confidentiality agreement. The layout is the same throughout and I can provide real samples in person.
